Cancun: Home Sweet Home
Hey guys! Wow life is crazy sometimes, we haven’t been able to do any blog posts as often as we’d hoped for. Life has gotten pretty crazy with our new shop. We’re back on the drawing board with designs for an upcoming collection just for summer. Not to mention Lupay’s been on over-drive with hair appointments and hair expo’s & I’ve been booking more photography shoots & took on a cool web-design project for ModernRacket.com. Edith’s been working on some cool fashion excerpts so can’t wait to share that! In the midst of it all, the hardest thing to do was book our vacation home for Cancun!!
We had so much to take into consideration. Safety was at the top of our list since we aren't staying at a resort. After a whole month of constant conversations with hosts, quotes, and sketchy listings we found the perfect home. The original home we wanted was unavailable, so our host Felipe recommended another listing he had for a new home that had just finished being built. He mentioned it was in the process of being furnished and decorated so we were able to see pictures of the transition from an empty home to an updated furnished one. AND its in a beach-front gated community!
It's still a work in progress with decor, but we can't wait to share how our finished home looks when we get there!
